Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My Wife have consulted ent and ms songraphy of neck done report says ectopic thyroid gland .What to do further operations or other remedy .She take thyrnom 25 azithro 500 ,mouth fresh syrup,levigo but no relif

Hey. I have been dealing with an ear issue for about 4+ years now. It has a constant feeling of being blocked. 4 years ago, I went to a clinic because of this blocked feeling and was told it was filled with wax. I had the wax removed and instantly relived the pressure/blocked feeling. The following day the same feeling came back although it my ear would unblock if I pinched my nose and tried breathing. After 3 months the blockage didn't seem to go away. I went back to the clinic and was told I had an ear infection. I was given 10 days of antibiotics and ear drops. After 2 weeks the feeling was still there so I returned and was told the infection in my ear was gone but now my node was infected. I was then given a steroid Nasal spray and more antibiotics (14 days). That also did not solve my problem. I went to a clinic and was seen by their own ENT. He did not see any issue and told me there was nothing he can do. After a few months. This blocked feeling was still there. I paid to see a

Pain in nerve near ear while eating or suddenly moving neck. Wave of pain comes suddenly n feels like headache

I am facing this problem for past 4 days. I consult one of Dr. in my visinity but of no use. I am sesitive from throat. With every change in weather my throat get infected. There is no pain I eating food however I can feel some infection and cough.

Why people are given thyroxin supplements even if their T3 & T4 levels are normal but TSH levels are higher than normal values ? How can this be considered as a case of HYPOTHYROIDISM? Technically here the actual thyroid hormones are working fine whilst only TSH is abnormal. Is there any way to just regulate TSH? Someone kindly answer my question which is bugging me for years.

There was discharge from my left ear. Doctor  from Columbia Asia hospital after examining suggested me ear surgery. I need a second opinion. In child hood I use to suffer from frequent ear problems. As per doctor, this caused a blocked in ventilation between ear and nose. This will decrease my hearing gradually. To avoid this doctor suggested to go for surgery. Let me know in case any concerns. I feel like my sense of smell is deteriorating. I visited a Doctor who took 5 minutes to just look into my nostrils and prescribe a nasal spray. It's been about two weeks since I've been taking it (He told me I should wait for about 4-5 weeks to expect any results) but when I do spray up my nostrils I get an uncomfortable tingling sensation in my head. I just want another professional's recommendation. Should I be concerned? Should I just continue with my medication?
