Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi dear doctor I m sufring with LPRD reflux past 8 months on and off i feel like something stucked in Thorat at the left side now i feel like cough stucked pricking in left side of throat even i got small bump last nyt i ate very spicy green chilli but it reduced now i have dry throat i cnt speak too much it makes Thorat very dry and tired. I went to ENT specialist i m going to him past 3 months (4 times ) he gave me medicines PPI I took them i felt better but still not fine 100% I feel like this problem will never solve or convert into severe problem . I neef some hope ..any cure for this ? I following all the diet but does surgery can help? And surgery is major or minor?

I am having smelling problem from last 3 years. I consulted it once with a doctor 1.5 years back and as per his medicines , I was able to smell but as soon I stopped the medicine , I again loss my smelling sense. There are fractions of seconds during which I smell things in 3-4 days. Can anyone let me know if this cam be cured by any medicines without any operation? There has been twice in last 1 year that I had taken the same medicine for a week and the sense was back but as soon I stopped the same, I lost the smelling sense again.

My left nose blocked more than 7 month and difficult to breath in night an some time blood clot in nose coght

I m hvng spinal pain along with that my throat is blokes i m nt able to speak clealry from two days and in night hvng body pain also sometimes my body get warm and sometimes cold feeling little bit weakness also .

My kid is of 7 years, we have been to water park last Saturday , where his ear were blocked with water. After coming back home I cleaned his ear and he was comfortable after that. Then since Tuesday morning he complained of external ear pain, and presumed that he might have slept in wrong position. I gave him crocin and he was fine but gradually its getting worse, today in the morning he had severe pain and was complaining that he couldn't hear anything from that ear.

I have itchy eyes and ears ..ears itch internally and involves area of throat..and eyes itch especially at lower eyelid and tear gland...my eyes make purging sound when i rub them...i also have recurrent cough for over 1 month...i was checked for pulmonary TB ..it was negative. All these itching complaints are persisting from atleast 3 months..please provide me the reasons and solution to this..??

Headache and closed nose when I was sleeping created problem in breathing. My eyes turned red. In night suffered from fever also .

I have sleep apnea and sleep with a CPAP. Last night I fell asleep without using my CPAP and woke up in the middle of the night with severe discomfort in my throat. It felt swollen and when i swallowed, I would swallow my uvula. of course it would snap back, but it is very uncomfortable. I expected it to become unswollen during the course of the day, but it has not and am having trouble talking, eating and breathing. What should I do?
