Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yellow tongue with red bumps on the inner side of tongue and sore throat.it has been over 2 weeks and throat inflammation when I wake up in the morning.

Whenever i sneeze i get blood in mucus and if i sneeze after that i get very tiny fresh blood drops This happened for the first time before 20 days (for 3 days) And now again for 2 days Kindly help me know what could be the possibilities

I have suffering from throat clicking its been a week sometimes i feel that my adams apple rubbing agains cartilages or ligaments in my upper part of adams apple
