Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I want slim and sharp nose...unfortunately i dont have slim and sharp nose....is it posaible to get this without surgery if it is possible...plz suggest me what should i do

I have been having pain in my right ear for the past week. There is also some fluid or puss. Although, it is not coming out, I clean it with earbuds. Also, I am having problem in hearing from right ear because of this fluid.

I'm a 20 year old woman and the lymph glands near my neck swells up periodically since last November without accompanying infection. In February, I consulted an ENT doctor who diagnosed me with tonsillitis. Now my gland is swollen again. Is this a sign of some grave disease?

My baby is 4 month 10 days old , when i call her she some time turn her head n some times she doesn't, she react to loud noise , im worried about her hearing,please need your valuable opinion on this

I facing nose block problem and facing nose flow like water and cough and bacterial problem  .I feel My both nose Right and left in side bone or something over.when I drinking cold water or cold curd(dahi lassi) .Than I feel suddenly my nose bloces.and i feel my right ear hearing loss...It problem I face and  running from 8 to 10 years
