Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sneezing, watery eyes, some kind of sensations in nose and sneezing again and again . No idea what I am allergic to

I have been having this lump behind my ear since 1 week ....its not painting and it is also hard to touch.....two lumps are there ....please consult what to do??

About 2 weeks ago I had gotten a case of Swimmers ear from some water getting trapped during a shower. It began on my right but eventually both ears got infected. I dealt with this using a vinegar/water mixture (what I had on hand at the moment). A week had pasted and my Swimmers Ear seemed to dissipate, though now im experiencing some ear ringing that won't seem to stop. Im not in any pain and I can still hear, sleep, and do everything else alongside it; though, it is noiticable when im not doing anything. It seems to be stemming from my right ear, yet I feel no pain when I touch my ear etc. I feel this ringing may be due to my excessive earwax growth during the Swimmers ear incident, in which I didnt clean to keep excess water out of my ears. From what Im guessing, said earwax is now impacted deep in my ear. Ive now started using a vinegar/rubbing alcohol mix to clear out my ear. So far ive done it once to no avail, should I expect immediate results? What other things can I try?

Experiencing severe pain in throat. Some inflation is there. Pain is very much. Facing problem while speaking and eating.

I've been having a sore throat for 5 days. I have​ difficulty in swallowing food or water and it's a bit painful. Apart from this it feels like something is struck in my throat. I gargled with warm water but hasn't helpful to reduce the unease. Kindly let me know what to do.

Sir i am suffering from itching throat and sudden coughing till 8days. And this is happening is without mucous almost in dry state doing evering taking antibotics,coughing sruyps,etc and many more but haappening sir. pls help(delhi)

I keep coughing up phlegm, runny nose, headaches behind eyes and forehead, can't taste, feels like my ears is clogged, my head feels like there's air in it , I feel overly tired and body aches

Don't know why but either new skin or something else but my lips feel very dry since 4 days... Been drinking water... But not so good results

I face regular coughing & difficulty in speaking due to weakness in left vocal chord, as diagonosed by local physcian. I was operated in feb 2016 for food pipe. it was shortened due to tumour in food pipe. please advice

My one of nostrils is always blocked and they work in turns. When I turn and sleep on right side, my left nostril opens up. I don't know about right nostrils working. It's been since I remember may be decades or may be since birth. Kindly help, I don't want any surgery as may be septum is not proper (just a guess). Please advise.
