Need second opinion.

Slight pain in upper throat

Cant hear from left ear
I am having problems hearing with my left ear. I had consulted a doctor and he said that there was wax deposit in my ear. I tried to clean it using a soliwax solution given by the doctor and removed alot of wax but still there is alot of wax near the eardrum because of which i cant hear properly.
