Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am getting pain in my ear(inside) whenever I am trying to listen something through headphone within 2~3 minutes.

What should be the frequency of being my ears cleaned and where should I get them cleaned? Should I go meet some experts ear cleaners?

I am unable to speak..my throat is paining all the time.Always cough are present in my throat.From my throat tonsil stones are coming.My voice becoming rough day  by day..Is it necessary to meet a doctor or home remedies for tonsil stones can help?

I think I've had it for quite a while but I've only really noticed it as it's large. It's a hard lump on the right, centre of my neck. It's about 2inchs all the way round and you can see from just looking. I haven't had a cold/sore throat recently at all and I can't feel one coming. There aren't any other symptoms and it doesn't hurt. Just confused, I think it's a gland but I don't know why it is swollen.

Dear Doc. I am facing sinus problem from past 5 years. My nose is blocked all the time. For all these years I have been using Otrivin for relief. I have consulted an ENT doctor and he suggested for FESS surgery. But the cost for surgery is way too high. Can anyone help me with an alternative which can improve my condition. Thanks
