Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have Acid Reflux. Die to lifestyle changes I've managed to control it. But if I get up early morning, I puke out white acid. This happens only early morning. What should I do? I'm not on any medication. I also get a lot of saliva formation sometimes. No other symptoms

I have cold, no fever or throat pain. I took roxid for 3 days and throat is better now. But cold did not go away. My nasal is also blocked and I have to open my mouth most of the time to breathe.

I have a really big white blister on my right tonsil and a couple small white blisters around it and a couple on my left tonsil. Do you have an idea of what it could be?

Today morning i noticed slight swelling behind my right ear.It pains slightly when pressed.I didnot have it yesterday.I do wear an over the ear earphones constantly.On doing some research I found some reasons like TB, HIV AIDS and CANCER. I am really scared. Pls help.

I am having dizziness when I m changing position when I am lying down.ENT specialist had suggested for vertin, sinurest ,duonase nasal spray, O Demont Fx . Cervical XRays reports are normal.
