Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I woke up this morning with my right ear feeling numb and irritated. I slept on my side for most of the night but the thing is I've had this cold for two days. Every time I yawn or do something to trigger my ear to move it starts to pop but it's painful. How do get it to go back to normal

I have been struct with cold and cough regularly. Past 2 year and through this cough and nose running .

Clogged ear leads to decreased audibility. How to manage it? Also are there any ear drops which can be used to keep ears healthy?

Am 19 year old female and I have been suffering from ear discharge since 5 years and there is hearing loss also. After getting a CT scan d report said that it might be otomastoditis. I went under homeopathic treatment but it's not that useful. My doctor said that operation. Should be done but I saw online the the chances of operation healing my illness completely is very less. Is there any alternate treatment for the disease?

I have cough since last 2 weeks. Every time I cough it hurt my throat. I haven't taken any medication thinking it'll go, but now it has been two weeks and I'm thinking should I see a doctor.
