Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Clogged ear leads to decreased audibility. How to manage it? Also are there any ear drops which can be used to keep ears healthy?

I went under homeopathic treatment but it's not that useful. My doctor said that operation. Should be done but I saw online the the chances of operation healing my illness completely is very less. Is there any alternate treatment for the disease?
