Can I use abiotic ear drop instead of offlox ? I m having fungal growth in my ear. And my ear is paining also.

Hi Using antibiotic ear drops won't help in fungal infection I would suggest you to consult an ent doctor and confirm first which type of infection it is actually and then start any drop. Regards
