Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having fever and sore throat. Yesterday it was 104 but it is consiatently 100. Can i take dolo 650 after every 4 hours? Because in every four hours my fever ia increasing.

I am suffering from pharyngitis past 6 days and taking hot tea and gargles many times a day. On the 4th day, had problem swallowing food but taking hot tea and gargles that day, it became normal and the next day I cud have food. But when I eat food it starts swelling again. I'm having semi liquid foods since then. Tried to take honey, it got worsened. Had used hexidine, it got even more worse. Don't know what to do now.

Cold & cough too along with throat pain. What to do which medicine to take for throat pain and soreness and cold and cough

Throat pain and some congestion in throat some cough in throat headache also and tired chest congestion also is there and some time sone bad taste in throat

I am constantly sneezing with a water discharge from nose. My body is exceptionally warm. I have taken medication before and doctors say it's allergy, but they don't tell me what I am allergic to. It is highly exhausting.

I have runny nose something last 5 days I take citrizine but nothing work permanently.... My age 19 yr

I want to know how to remove easily how many times of methods to remove that.. and what the process of the methods..

I have been facing this problem from quite a long time. When I go to bed and try to sleep I find my throat itching and I start coughing. It's dry no doubt. And the moment I give up sleeping cough stops.

I feel like my ears are closed and I also hear very less. I think it's ear wax problem and also I've got some cold also but I'm not sure. Should I consult with a doctor or it's Normal?

I have being having problem in swallowing food from past 20 days. And there is mild pain in chest sometimes. There is no problem in taking liquid diet. But after eating chappatis I feel like vomiting n have pain in swallowing it. So kindly help me
