  4. Ear Plugs. Should go for foam ear plugs?

Ear Plugs.
I haven't used an ear plug before, Yesterday I bought a Reusable Rubber Earplug. Is it fine to use it for Meditation Everyday? Or since I am a beginner I should go for foam ear plugs?

Can be many things, wax, eustachian tube problems are common among them Use steam inhalation till u get examined

You seem to be having impacted wax inside your ear canal. You need not use wax softeners like Otorex or soliwax for few days and then visit nearby ENT specialist so that he can remove wax safely under vision
