You have Eustachian tube Catarhh. Continue Tab Montek Fx for 3 more days at night Stop xylomet nasal spray after 2 days and start Flomist( Fluticasone Ft) nasal spray 2 puffs at night for 15 days. This spray has to be taken with your head leaning forward keeping the nozzle at the level of your nostril. After 5 days start Guarded Valsalva Manoeuvre. ( available on YouTube) Guarded means you should only blow medium air pressure. Remember to swallow the air at the end of each manoeuvre.
