  4. Swelling behind right ear. Pls help.

Swelling behind right ear.
Today morning i noticed slight swelling behind my right ear.It pains slightly when pressed.I didnot have it yesterday.I do wear an over the ear earphones constantly.On doing some research I found some reasons like TB, HIV AIDS and CANCER. I am really scared. Pls help.

You might be having something known as acute post auricular lymphadenitis which commonly occurs secondary to some skin infections around the ear and over scalp. Even dandruff can cause this condition.
