I have vocal nodules from past 4 months. I have taken vocal rest and medication. Still the nodules are there. Doctors are recommending to go for surgery. Is it ok to have them removed through surgery?

If conservative management has failed and the vocal nodules have not resolved, then surgery is the only option. I.e. microlaryngeal surgery
