How do Steroid Nasal sprays work ? Do it help to cure polyps or nasal allergy ? What is nasal douching ? As a chronic sinusitis patient knowing these would be helpful. Please give me answers.

I am sufferin from very much pain in my throat for 1.5 Months. I has endoscopy and treatment after that. But as I stop medicines pain comes again and as I start medicine it goes. I am not able to drink even water.

My lymph nodes immediately under my jaw and on either side of my Adam's apple have been swollen for about a month now. They are not fixed, but they are fairly hard. I recently quit smoking, after smoking only for about 5 months, and I recently quit chewing tobacco, after about two years of use. These lymph nodes began swelling right after i quit. Also have a little bit of pressure in my ear. Not really pain, just pressure.

I've had a sore throats for about 4 days now and I started it with around two days of a fever of 101-102.7. It went away and now since the misery of my fever has gone away unnoticed that the pain from the sore throat has only been happening on the left side of my throat. I have never had a sore throat for this long and with one sided pain. Do I need to get medication or something done to stop it?

Hi, I just returned from Saudi Arabia. Had mild and sometimes but severe body aches there and used to take pain killers. Than after 3/4 days on day of return to my home hs temperature and sore throat. Now I take panadol since April 13 after every 8 hours and when the effect subsides have mild temp again and when I take panadol the temp is gone. Had chest mild infection so started anitiotic claricid with anti allergy rigix. What should I do ?
