I've been having ear problem from last 4 months Continuous liquid discharge from left ear only hearing deficiency, sound vibrations, seems a hole in ear drum Need an advice to sort the issue...

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be something called a chronic suppurative otitis media. Get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Medical therapy to control the infection will be needed and a surgery will also be required to repair the tympanic membrane so that hearing is restored. Best regards.
