Vertigo spinning
Every time I look to the left while lying down or lay down on the left I am spinning. I tried some exercises I found on YouTube and they made me nausea . Is this BPPV or could it be something serious

Yes,  it could be Left Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). But before diagnosing it as BPPV, it is necessary to rule out all other causes of vertigo.
Next Steps
Get consultation from an ENT like me to get your ear examination done & rule out other causes of vertigo. If it is BPPV, Epley's repository maneuver will have to be done for you by an ENT along with Sermont's Liberatory Maneuver.
Health Tips
An ENT like me will teach you vestibular rehabilitation exercises for home!
