Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to do salt water gargles thrice a day. Avoid oily and spicy foods. You can take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food. If it still persists, revert back to me and i will be able to help you. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
