Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a small lump inside my earlobe it's not visible but I can feel it i tried to pop it like a pimple and it worked and some kind of oil came out but the lump stays after poping it

Sir while talking or speaking suddenly i feel discomfort in throat and feels problem in speaking.this thing is also encountered by me when i go for walk after dinner with my friend that time also i am not able to speak to him.but when i take toffe or something it gets ok .also i have GERD and hiatus hernia.please guide me as endoscopy has been done and nothing was found.need your help.
