Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have an Upper Respiratory Infection. I've went through most of my antibiotics and it is clearing up. The only issue I'm having now is my ear still feels like its being muffled and I have a cough that is so bad it makes me vomit at times. Is there anyway to fix this?
