Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor, My husband has this scratchy kind of sore throat to long time..2 months now..we have seen many doctors and took medicine.one of the doctor diagnosed it to be GERD and gave gaviscon and said it wud be gone but same issue persists.My husband fears that it's something else like kind of cancer.He is very stressful now fearing for this.Need your expert medical advice .I am really confused on what to do now and whom to approach. I believe I will get a proper solution. Thanks.

I’ve had a persistent cough for 2-3 days and am coughing up mucus. Green/yellow. Every time I cough, I can’t breathe and begin to gag. Also, I have congestion in the nose, inflamed tonsils, and really bad ear pain.

Im was having chest congestion and cough with mucus for which I was treated however now after treatment I'm still having coughing and today whenever I'm breathing I can hear bubbling sound from my lungs... that sound last for 1 min when layed down...is this very serious I'm worried...
