Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from cold and cough for over two weeks now. Initially it was wet cough which is all out now with natural remedies.......now I am not able to get rid of dry cough esp before sleeping and also I have a minute granular sensation in my throat when I cough lately.

My 4 months old baby having nose blockage problem. Which irritates her. She could not sleep well.

I have an infected nose piercing and blood comes out but my friend gave me fusidic acid cream do you think this will help?
