Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was just prescribed otomize ear spray for an ear infection and after a few days I have to say it hasn't been working it hurts very much and my neck glands under the infected ear is swollen and tender to the touch and now I have a sore throat. Should I make an appointment to see if they should prescribe me something else?

Hi, I have been recently introduced to MDMA drug by a friend. My experience was really amazing but it came with a big problem today, Swollen Lips. Last night I took 10mg of MDMA IV injection twice. I took two IV injections of this drug once at 10:30pm and the next at 4:30am. I managed to keep myself moderately hydrated during my experience. When I stopped the session with my friend I noticed that my lower slip was badly swollen from my right side and the tip of my tongue and some area around it had a burning sensation because it feels like it's cut and had white dehydration patches. Since I was not at my place, I reached home which took me 2hours and quickly brushed my teeth, cleaned my tongue and used Betadine and Listerine Mouth wash. Also took Allegra 180, 4-5 Small ORS Tetra Pack, B-Complex Capsule and an anti-inflammatory. During the day I also chewed on some Vitamin C which did sooth things a little but still not completely fixed. The swelling feels the same. Pls advise

I have some sound in ear and I consulted ENT. doctor  and he told me it's ear infection .. and he provided tablets .I don't have any pain in my ear but I feel it blocked and some sound is coming from my ear . I just want to know how many days it will take to cure as this sound is irritating me. tablets which am taking is zerodol and amoxyclav 625.

I am having cough for past week, no cold and runny noses just cough. It severe during nights or when laid back . I can feel lot of mucos in tract but cudnt flush it out, sometimes I get severe cough with vomit feeling also suddenly the tract gets blocked and couldn't cough.

My right cheek is feeling numbness from last 2 months and I have a feeling of something getting caught up at the back of my throat for last 7 months. What are these symptoms of ? And most importantly whom should I consult . As my dentist is not being able to find out what it is and telling me to ignore it.
