Hello! A few days ago (Thursday) I had jalapeños in my lunch and immediately after my throat started burning. Now it is Sunday and my throat does not hurt but is very swollen. Is this an allergy to the jalapeño or a sickness?

I am having cold for past few weeks , while sleeping one nostril gets blocked always, even when i try to blow to clear it does not open. specially it happens mostly on right nostril. Have used Otrivin few times when it becomes really bad , to open it. When nose opens it causes itching inside and 3 -4 sneezes follow. Taking steam daily but no respite.

I have sinus 2year..nw it icrease i can't breath in nose.. And nose is blocked with cough.. Am very stressed and am throgh breathing only using otrivin...i hv no know taste and smel the foods.. Pls help me
