Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife is having severe fever and mild swelling on left side of throat outside. On consulting doctor , they did blood test and found that Neutrophils was 69.2 and CRP 18.5 rest of the blood tests were normal, Started with Zinnat (cefuroxime) tab twice a day for 5 days, and the fever and swelling dint subside. After 5days of med dr adviced to do USG and found that there is multple LYmph nodes with 15mm size. Then conti..with the IV injections of cefuroxime 1.5gm for three days and still no use.

My mom is having cough since last 3 months. when she sleeps she doesnt cough much but when she wakes up cough starts. Also when she eats anything cough strarts. I have taken her for XRAY & other blodd reports but all is fine. Besides cough she is not sufferring from any other problem. Also tried many many medicines & syrups all seems to be not helping. Though coughing is less but it has not gone permanently. What can be the reason?

I just got hit in the nose about an 1.5 hours ago, not sure if punched or smacked. The right nostril had a light bleed that is now gone but I am left with swelling inside the right nostril still. Will I need a medical care?

I have pulsatile Tinnitus almost since 2 to 3yrs.I have ear pain sometimes and also head ache frequently. The constant ringing in ears stop when I press my neck. Also, I had an accident where I hit my head to the road very hard. Is there anything to worry about?

To whom this request is concerned, ma'am/sir am very much prone to cough and cold. My nose is getting blocked due to mucus. Am experiencing a little head ache and my body temperature is little bit high. From medical store I bought one medicine named as coldact. I want to know whether this is beneficial for my condition or should I go for some other medicine.

I've been using oxyspray for my sinus congestion as prescribed by my doctor about a year ago. Can I substitute duonase for oxyspray? Does duonase helps in relieving sinusitis nasal congestion?
