I have a headache and running nose from two days due to which I am unable to sleep

Hi Headache and running nose only these two symptoms can be due to upper respiratory tract infection or just viral cold.
Next Steps
to reach a proper diagnosis I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor and get yourself examined properly and then take proper treatment accordingly. regards
