Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, My dad is 75 years old. He is experiencing hearing loss on his left ear and mild hearing loss in his right ear. We did an audio-gram and we are suggested to go with hearing aid. They say the root cause is the age and also because of anaesthesia(he had a gall bladder removal surgery a month back). Is there an alternative to cure this without going with a hearing aid?

I had an ear infection 2 months before. Now i am feeling heart beat in back side of my head. Also when i spit in morning some blood mixed with saliva come from mouth this happen only just in morning when i wake up. When i do some physical exercise i feel dizziness. When i lay down my head start spinning and i can hear a ring or a hissing sound during sleeping. I had a CT scan with normal report. During infection doctor also prescribe some antibiotics. Please help me please

I've noticed a small swelling in left side of the jaw which was painful initially upon touch but no pain is felt now. It's been a year almost since the appearance of the swelling. Also my right side of the jaw near the angle of the mandible pains upon touch.

I had a tonsillectomy last week. And it is day 6. It is snowing outside and I a wondering if it will affect me if I go outside in the snow.

My left ear has been blocked for two to three days now and I have severe cold.

My wife has thyroid problems and she takes thyronorm 75 as suggested by doctor. We regularly check the tsh and change the quantity of medicine accordingly. What are the best ways to stop thyroid instead of just changing the quantity of medicine?

My cousin brother having Marfan syndrome ......and he having ear problem and doctor suggested operations told for echocardiograpy ,,,we did it and it's clear that there is no heart problem he having,,..but doctor hesitate for operation of my cousin that he has to give anamestia for operation for 3 hours........kindly guide should we go for operation...

I came out of hospital 5 days ago for quinsy a abcsess in the tonsil. I was just wandering if I could have a cigarette. But will this make it come back as it is still healing ? Is there any significant risks if I were to have 1 ciggarette
