I am feeling uneasy in breathing and feeling problem in throat.few months before i started taking thyronorm 50 mg but still not feeling well.

Have you taken thyronorm 50 after the consultation with the specialist doctor? because taking it without their consult it is not advisable.
Also about the problem in your throat it requires a detail examination of ent parameters.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor and get yourself examined properly and then take proper treatment accordingly.
also don't take medications without specialist doctors advise.
