Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Have prescribed earlier with a doctor, he stated that my nasal bone is deformed & that causes the thyroid glands infection & makes them swell. But generally when they are swelled they cause pain but now a days I don't feel pain, instead of that I feel that there is something in my throat deep down. It also causes problem in swallowing food & drinking water.

Due to fever my glands have swollen and i am unable to gulp food and it burns when i eat spicy food. It's been going on since three days

When I go to sleep, and lay on my left side, fluid seems to drain into my ear and make it virtually impossible to hear from ny left ear. When I lay on my right side, however, nothing happens. There isn't any way that it could be water stuck in there either.
