Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Small Child with 8 month has cough Jammed in chest. Child is crying much more. No runny nose.

I woke up with a nosebleed because I have a cut on the inside of my nose, so I put some tissue in my nostril to stop the bleeding but then found I couldn’t pull in out. I kept trying to get it out but the ball kept getting smaller and now is stuck further up my nose. It is not causing me and difficulty breathing and doesn’t seem to hurt. The paper was is very very small. What should I do? Is it safe to leave it until morning?

Throat infection since last night. Stomach also bloated  resulting in high burps. Slight Temperature also has been increased

I have had a cold for around 5 days now, yesterday my ear started to get a sensation as though it is blocked. How can I quickly cure this because I have a flight on Tuesday and I do not want to have any issues with the pressure and my ear?

I was blowing my nose then i few someyhing blocking my nostrils, i go check and it is a piece of flesh. It seems to be nasal polyps and it is very close to the external nostril.
