Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I had tympanomastoidectomy with ossiculoplasty 10 days back.my gel foam is still in my ear.But I am listening loud ringing sound and the hearing is also less.Is it because of the surgery side effect? Can I do train journey at this moment for 6 hrs?my right ear operated is numb in the upper part and that side scalp also numb for sometime.

Took medicine for throat infection from u. Now no cold or cough but voice is completely lost. Not able to speak What should I do.

I have high fever since Saturday... Swollen tonsils.... White pigments at the back of the throat and tonsils, extreme pain while swallowing food.... Can't even drink... Extreme weakness. Showed doctor gave me antibiotics. I have 90/60 BP... Did a dengue test which is negative... Ear pain aswell

I got my wisdom teeth out 5 days ago and I’ve been taking antibiotics, specifically Clindamyacin. Two days ago, after taking the pill, it felt like it was stuck in my chest. The feeling stayed there until yesterday morning, when it got much worse. Every time I breathe I feel it and I cannot breathe deeply without pain, and anytime I eat anything, even as soft as pudding (and I can only eat soft foods because of the wisdom teeth) it is a sharp tight almost excruciating pain as the food goes down.
