Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doc, I am suffering from sinus problem. Earlier I was facing nose and ear block problem. But I start doing Pranayam then nose problem has resolved but still I am facing ear block problem and not able to hear properly. Kindly tell some remedy. Thank you

My noise in the grow small pimple but it is pain this pimple. It is very pain please fast replay.

I am suffering from cough from 4 months. Till i take medicine then no problem as soon as i stop taking medicine , cough restart.

My question is regarding is giloy ghan vati good to take in winter season..i have a cold and sinus issue..i take full care but still it comes back.i m fine when i m taking medicines but it comes back as my medicines are over.i m doing yoga to improve my immunity and it is working for me ..some one suggested me to take giloy ghan vati to improve immunity..but then someone else said that it is cool in nature and it will worsen your condition..so i wanted to know if giloy is good to take in winter?
