Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've had an ear infection for a while now and I was wondering a to how long it takes till full recovery

Also ear is clogged and pains while yawning or burping. Some time nostrils get choked Getting a sensation to bite something

Often a time my nose get dry and some bleeding Come through nose. Some very few just on the inner wall of nostril cavity . The problem rise more in summer season but also in winter. I don't understand why, is it for dry nose or else?

I live in Chennai.Whenever I go back to my native for holidays I develop severe allergic symptoms which include itching in the eyes and nose, sneezing, running nose, nasal block. I have to take antihistamines daily and use nasal decongestants. My strong suspect is that there is a huge land of Parthenium plants right behind my house, so it must be the culprit. My dad has the same. But my mom refuses to accept it and tells me that it's due to the climate. What should I do?

But it's not yet stopped. Ter is no mucus from nose too. Pls give me some solutions for this. He will feel more comfort so. Pls pls
