Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doc, M so worried something in my throat. I also attach the pik of my throat. It's not get swelled it's something can move n going to bigger day but day right now m out of station so can't go to dr. I got last teeth removal 2 months back from that side. Is it related to that thing or something serious.

Trouble gulping food - slight irritation in food pipe while eating , slight pain in chest during burbs . And dryness in throat whole day.

What should I give my 7months old daughter..for ear pain.. otek ac or wikoryl or both?

She is been coughing from past 10 days and always get increases at night.And have been taking ALKOF syrup from last 10 days but no improvement and took some antibiotics too.Please prescribe some medicines which can cure this.

I have been suffering from cough from 5 days please suggest some medicine for quick relief and reduced cough

Two weeks ago I woke up with blocked ears and a runny nose. The night before I had a sore throat. The runny nose has now disappeared however my ears constantly feel blocked and keep popping. Especially my right ear. When I wake up in the morning it is completely blocked until after 10 mins of swallowing. Please help??

I am facing dryness in my right ear. It feels dry (Whiteness) on skin inside the ear and outer side of the ear. It has been happening since last 4-5 months and sometimes it feels very dry. The left ear is fine and there is no issue. I am also not facing any issues in hearing its only dryness. Till now I have been using Murine Ear Wax Removal System drops and it works well for a day then dryness starts happening again.

Sore throat no cough or fever. Had a stomach flu 3 days ago but recovered, now I only have a sore throat. Is this something that could require Antibiotics? How can I avoid being contagious? I have a 9 month old and I don't want him to get sick.

My mother is having hole in eardrum from the past 6 months.she sometimes got pus in the starting but she never felt pain.we consulted doctor, they are saying that hole is very small but its better to take surgery.is it really needed to take surgery or can we heal it with medication?.If surgery is needed how much time it takes and how much rest she needs and will there be any complications in future ?..thanks in advance
