Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Fish bone is stuck behind right Salivary gland while eatting. I cant see it but if graps i can feel it it is pinching there and there is blood some time Its stuck for 5 h and i have tryed everything

A few months back I had sinus infection accompanied with buzzing ears. I consulted a doctor and got rid of headache, dizziness and all except the buzzing ear. Still I have a buzz/roar sound in my left ear. In certain head position (upright and back) it escapes, while it again escalates when I move my head forward down (looking down). It is very disturbing and has caused me lack concentration in anything I do. Please help me on this.

I have partial hearing loss in one of my ears. can I use clearwax ear drops to get the ear wax soften for couple of days and then consult ENT specialist to get the ear cleaned? If so, how many drops of clearwax I have to put and how many times a day? Please suggest.

When I woke up in morning, I found my Left Side Nostril was Blocked and I found difficulty in breathing from left side of my nose

Swelling on right side on neck,diagnosed with tuberculous lymphadenitis one month back through FNAC test. Took ATT for one month, but the swelling increased, and spread to both sides of neck. So Did Bilateral cervical lymplanedopathy, pus came out of sewllings. Pus culture report is highly positive. Biopsy report from both sides of neck tissues says tuberculous lymphadenitis. How to check for MDR TB ? What is the test that can be done?

Actually when i talk my lips goes little towards left which make it unsymmetric also my left cheek looks little swollen as compared to another due to which my face looks unsymmetric.this is due to my neck surgery for my by birth cystic hygroma.Is there any treatment to make my face symmetric?
