Ear ache, buzzing numbness in my right

Asked for Female, 42 Years

I have had ear pain for 2 weeks tried decogestiants and ear calm spray. Still have an echo and slight buzzing in my ear? I fly to Abui Dhabi in 19 days and no GP can I get an appointment with before? How can I treat it? Thank you

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold or air travel because of environmental pressure changes. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use decongestant medicines, nose drops for few days. Valsalva maneuver is also beneficial
