Issue with blocked nose after trauma.

Asked for Male, 33 Years

In March of this year I was hit on the nose with a blunt object causing bleeding and damage to my Columella. Everything healed fine but since then I have constant issues with my nose blocking up, it has gotten worse during winter to the point I can barely breath through it. Nasal spray helps but only for a couple of hours.

Hello! Your problem could be because of debiated nasal septum caused due to the trauma. You will need a proper evaluation by a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to determine the extent of the problem and help in proper treatment.
