Suffering in cough n cold, soar throat
My mother 56 yrs old, suffering in cough n cold, soar throat from last 3days. she is not able to speak properly. currently she is taking nicip cold n flu tablet and chericof ls syrup. need your suggestion and medicine recommend ation. she is suffering in diabetes type ll as well.

She seems to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. She may need to take antibiotics, cough syrups and anti cold medicines for few days for faster recovery. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
