Right Thyroid Nodule
I've been operated in 2013 but it seems like it's back again cause from the last few weeks I have lost some weight even though I'm eating enough and proper food , I'm feeling fatigue as well, sometimes headache, and a breathing problem, my heartbeat increased, and having a little pain in right chest.

Hello! You can get a blood investigation for thyroid hormones done...i.e T3, T4, TSH. Also, your previous operation reports, biopsy and/or fnac report would help in understanding and diagnosing your problem better.
