Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a problem keeping food down, it's like it gets stuck and in my esophagus and then comes back up. I have had the scope and they said there are no obstructions. I have tried papaya enzyme to help and it seems like a 50-50 deal. Any recommendations?

My question is I am always suffering from cold and cough, again and again l have to take medicine for rid off, but still it was there.

Hi I am coughing everyday a lot for the past 4 days. I have tried cough syrup and warm water. It didn't help.

I have nasal septum deviation problem since 2-3 years, my nose always blocked sometimes with difficult in breathing by that nose , every time when season changes my problem arises like head heaviness & heart rate increases.... I tested my brain, heart ECG, all the blood test which came normal apart from electrolyte low level & vitamin D at little low level ...... suggest me treatment cause I didn't find solution for this ( increase heart rate & head heaviness)

Hi, I always get told by people that I need to speak louder as I'm not audible. But to me in my head my voice sounds like a  normal volume, when I try speaking at a volume that is normal to others I feel like I'm screaming from my throat even though it doesn't sound loud enough. Also my throat hurts when I try to speak louder. Just wanted to confirm if this is an actual problem or something normal.

From my eyes I heard a buzzing sound came from it..I don't know why it's happened or if is it harmful for my eyes??

I would like to do nose piercing. I do not prefer gun shot. I wanted to know if the needle piercing is done by ENT doctors and is it by providing local anesthesia? If so can I have suggestions for doctors who provide the service.
