Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have been experiencing hoarseness in my throat and shortness of breath since one month. I got ecg, chest x-ray, blood tests done to determine any heart related issues and everything is fine. Then an endoscopy was done and determined that it's just gastric related. I am using medicine related to the same since a month. Though the gas related issue is resolved to a certain extent. Shortness of breath and hoarseness is still present. What might be the reason and what should I do next?

Last week. While I attempt to clean my left ear through ear buds. After cleaning it was blocked. I have used a ear drop neosporin-H. I left few days. My left ear not hearing properly. Today I tried to clean my ear and I can see the blood comes from my ear. Is it a problem? I hear some noise in my left ear. Can you please suggest a remedy?

I was cleaning my ear with a qtip and after I pulled my q tip out my ear started bleeding for a little bit ?? Does that mean I ruptured my ear drum ?? Is it severe ?? I also feel perfectly fine my ear doesn’t have no pain , I don’t feel dizzez , and I can hear perfectly fine too

I been having chronic inflammation of upper respiratory tract for 2,5 years after I got sick with flu or virus and the symptoms most of the day are sore throat (someday mild someday sever), throat clearing most of the time , post nasal drip, nasal blockage, dry and cracked lower lip. I have done endoscopy, 24ph metry and no tests show reflex. Tried nasal steroid spray and also no relief .

Sleeplessness because of dry cough from last two nights,can I take etilaam 0.25mg tablet with Laveta-m and rantac-d?is any side effect?

I have been getting Migraine attacks from past a month and it's been severe. I get it in the left portion of my head. I had been diagnosed of this 2 years back and i was prescribed Vasograin. Taking this tablet reduces the headache but i feel too nauseous and sleep deprived. One dosage of this tablet will not let me sleep for 36 hours. Later to avoid insomnia i was prescribed Anxit 0.25mg. But I feel too dizzy and not able to do any kind of work after taking Anxit. I'll feel calm and the headache will reduce. I have exams going on and i need medication for my migraine without feeling nauseous or insomnia.

I've had a sore throat for a few months now and been coughing yellow/clear mucus for the first few months and then green mucus mixed with some blood when I got a fever and finally one morning I woke up and the mucus was fully red. I only sweat one night during the second fever where I felt dizzy and sick. There is also constant coughing and pain in the neck especially when I drink. There aren't any major chest pains but those do occur from time to time.
