Tonsils and uvula issues
I have had swollen tonsils for 8 days now first 6 days haven t been able to eat or drink or swallow then day 7 I have eaten and sipped water and now one of my tonsil it seems stuck with my hula and it creates a sharp pain when I swallow what do i do as I went to a doctor they told me let my body fight it and that even if it was a strep throat or tonsilitis I can't have antibiotics so yeah just wondered what to do as now coming up to 10 day mark

Better to consult an ENT doctor for further treatment and antibiotics if required. Unattended severe tonsil infection is dangerous and life threatening sometimes and can form abscess and breathing difficulty and also infection can spread to heart , joints and kidney.Do warm saline gargling for now.
