Treatment for nose block
I have nasal allergy due to which both my nostrils get blocked in winter due to dust and cold. I inhale steamed water with Vick's to get relief and also stay warm by properly covering my head and ears. Still I don't get 100 percent relief.
Please let me know what should I do to get rid of this as this is hampering my sleep.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
