On and off ear pain
I have ear pain for quite some time now, probably a year, which is off and on. It is most severe during winter season and cold. What might be the cause of this and what is the solution?

Chronic ear pain is unlikely to be primary ear problem and usually it is referred ear pain from structures around the ear. It can occur because of temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction, teeth infection, eustachian tube dysfunction, cervical myofacial pain etc. Treatment depends on diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
