Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been hearing my heartbeat through my right ear for quite some a while. It gets more worse at night my doctor has been giving me something to put through my ear.. It stopped for like 3 days but came back... Is there any other stuff I can take?

I have hot feeling in face and forhead and very little pain in head and the colour of eyes have also been changed,when I ask others to touch whether I have fever or not,they feel it normal.I have been facing these symptoms since last week

Severe cough, throat is inflamed it is always dry and feels like I have a lump. Hurts to swallow and drink anything. Have a headache and cannot sleep at all. Temperature as well.

I've had a rubbery posterior auricular node that has been swollen for about three years behind my right ear. It's about 1cm, but it's hard to tell because it's oblong and sits right on the bone behind the ear. It's not painful, it moves pretty liberall when pushed, I'm not currently I'll and have no history of cancer in my family. I'd just like to know why it's still Inflamed or if it's cause for concern. my GP told me years ago it should clear up but hasn't yet.

My throat pains while swallowing food and chewing i also have a problem of acid reflux sometimes i have sore throat

I hav severe headache and cold. When i try to get up or do ny stuff head is paining I hav nose pain too

My right side of neck gets swell about 9 month and now currently it's going to bigger. A/c to doctor opinion i go for FNAC (11/12/17) and FNAC report is - Cold abscess tuberculosis. i take FORECOX (2 doses) & DEFCORT & bekasule. My question. Is - can my swelling decrease after taking this tablet. Also  if i will wait for decreasing swelling then how much time taken???

I heard something on my right ear i know its not an insect or something but it sounds like beat and it bothers me.

I am suffering from throat ulcer from last one month how can I cure? I got relaxed in mid but after that it appears again please suggest something or do I need to consult?

I recently had a ct scan done for a headache and they put a note in it that says this “Incidental note is made of multiple hypoattenuating nodules the left lobe of the thyroid. Recommend thyroid ultrasound if clinically indicated.” I have been having dizziness and severe anxiety for a few years now. Also been extremely tired no matter how much I sleep.
