Runny nose and fever

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have been having flu like symptoms since last 12 days first 7 days was not very bad but fever also begin after first 7 days thick greenish yellow mucos is coming from nose continuously and there is strain or pressure between two eyes . Please prescribe any test.

Hi There. This is Dr Satya Kiran ENT Surgeon from Hyderabad. The symptomatology described by u point towards a diagnosis of sinusitis. Need an antibiotic course along with nasal decongestants & supportive medication. Requires CT scan PNS, also if required diagnostic nasal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis & proceed accordingly
