Sinus congetion, Common cold, runny nose, since 4 days.I take Febrex Plus, Telekast L, and Floresp AZ nasal Spray.what should i do now.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days. If your symptoms are acute and not long standing then nasal sprays needs to be stopped.
