Hi there. Am Dr SATYA KIRAN ENT Surgeon from Hyderabad. These symptoms point towards a diagnosis of acute rhinosinusitis. Need an antibiotic course along with nasal decongestants & supportive medication. Avoid cold food items n take steam inhalations
