I’m in my twenties and I’ve always had a slightly runny nose. I didn’t think much of it until a year or two ago when it started to get worse. I started sneezing often and having to blow my nose almost constantly. The mucus is clear but can drip without warning. My first thought was Hay Fever, even though it wasn’t seasonal. But I don’t seem to be getting any of the other symptoms of Hay Fever, and I’ve noticed that my nose runs most when I’m exercising or eating food.

The most probable differential diagnoses in ur case are allergic rhinitis and intrinsic or vasomotor rhinitis. In both if cases the best treatment would be nasal steriod spray. The symptoms would come down but not alleviate completely.
