Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a soar throat for a week now and have a cough since two days. The cough is not dry. And my throat hurts when I cough

When should go for the surgery in the case of enlarged adenoids problem in the nose..for the child age of 7 years.pls help .

I feel headach and neck pain due to cold from past few days. Due to this feeling fever also and during when i feeling fever and neck pain my body acene feel tired. Mostly in night and early morning i feeling the same. From past few days i am taking chestron cold and nice after taking medicine feeling well for 2-4 hours . Please suggest me best medicine for my problem as i feel it’s a viral .also i checked my fever it’s 98-99f.

My baby girl (6 years old) had buble kind of swelling bellow the jaw at neck left side and it has pain as well
