Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir/mam, few days back i was having a lot throat itching and i had so many medicine for that bt i didint get relief so doc asked me do test of Sr IGE ..CAn u please expalin me what is IGE ? i did the test and it was 373 .normally i should be below 158 .. can u pls tell me in details waht is it what should i do ..do medicine will work ??? what kind of allergen is ths does ths level will be normal

My left throat is suffering from last night, I'm swallowing anything, it hurts.

Since couple of days i observed blood is coming while spitting (not always ) especially in morning or long gap in breakfast and lunch/dinner. I have been to multiple ENT specialist where as feedback is vary from each other. some one is saying it is due to reflux and some one is saying it is coming from nose as it is slightly bend (Due to that I am snoring) I am taking anti reflux and antacid since one month but not cure completely I am worried and confused now from where blood is coming. As of yesturday eveing my right side throat gland become swollen. Hurts to touch, hurts to turn my head even hurts to lay a certain way. I have no medical problems and have no other symptoms. Swalling dont hurt unless eating or drinking cold fluids.

I have allergic rhinitis for the past 13 years, I sneeze continuasly for 15-20 times along with runny nose,itchy throat and ears and eyes. Recently I have been experiencing sharp shooting pain randomly over the body, and a strong pain under left ribs. I have a feeling of lump in my throat and a stabbing pain in my left chest. Also a feeling of heavy weight on my left chest. Is this related to the allergy ?
