Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My dayghter is 10 year and she has an adenoid problem..only problem is that she breaths from mouth while going to sleep in night..day time she is fine..is there any possibility of getting it cured with medicine without surgery

I have runny nose problem whole year since childhood and thick level of mucus is formed

I continuously hear high pitch sound in both the ears and from last week I feel dizzy during normal day. Due to this continuously noise it is very irritating to concentrate on work. Is it any serious problem or are they any remedy??

I had fever from the past 4 days however the fever subsided yesterday but still I feel dizzy and I spotted a drop of blood today from my left ear. Clinical history- 7 years back my eardrum was ruptured due to an infection which did not heal on its own so Dr recommended surgery. I haven't undergone surgery yet. In this 7 years except for 2 occasion I never had an episode of infection.

In CT Scan Paranasal Sinuses (coronal + sagittal) report says as below: Bilateral maxillary, ethmoidal, frontal and sphenoid sinusitis with blocked bilateral OMU's. Hypertrophied right inferior turbinates. S' shaped nasal septum. Please suggest does it can be cured with operation ? Thanks a lot!

I have a tiny bleed in my right ear. Had it for a few days now. I am deaf and Wear a hearing aid in my right ear, when I take my hearing aid out, you can see a little dry red on the mould.

There is a continuous sound coming from my ears. It has been like 4 months. It sounds like 'piiiiii'. Had Audiometry test, my hearing is normal.
